Nami wants our customers to have only the best possible buying experience with us. As such, our focus is not just in providing them with quality products and the customer service they deserve. Unfortunately, there may be instances where this goes wrong, and the below will outline what steps you can take to ensure you get the value you deserve.
Faulty or Incorrect items
In the rare case you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will either replace the item, or provide a full refund if the item is no longer available. Please fill out the return form below and we will provide you with next steps. Note that we may ask you to provide evidence in the form of photographs and purchase receipts. No receipt, no return.
Before you return the item, please make sure that you first contacted us in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You need this number before you ship the item back to our warehouse. Note that all items returned must be in new and unused condition. They must still have their original packaging attached to the items.
Change of Heart
In case you have a change of heart, we will not provide a refund, and will instead be providing you a store credit. We will not pay for any shipping fees associated with a change of heart return.
Change of heart returns are only honoured within 7 days of item delivery and only if the item is both unopened and unused.
