We provide free or flat-rate shipping to many countries around the world. However, there may be a few locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
Note: delivery estimates do not apply for goods being held at customs. If goods are held, it is your responsibility to clear them by contacting relevant authorities. See Customs and Duty.

If you think a delivery has gone missing, is long overdue (>31 days) or if have other problems locating your shipment please contact us.
Customs and Duty
Delivery times may be subject to freight and/or customs delays and as such can not be guaranteed.
- Our goods ship from overseas. We are not responsible for any duties/taxes upon arrival to your location & any delays due to the shipping carrier or customs clearance.
- Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded
Because we source our products from multiple providers, orders with multiple products may be shipped in multiple parcels. If this is the case, we will get in touch and provide you with tracking numbers for each individual parcel. Note that not all parcels may arrive at the same time.
